All students must register residence information within 24 hours after you enter into China each timeat the Admissions Office. A fine of 2000 RMB will be imposedby the Exitand Entry Bureau if you fail to register your residence information with-24 hours after arriving China; which could also trouble you during your next renewal.

*YOU WILL FACE A FINE OF 2000 RMB FROM THE CHINA IMMIGRATION BUREAU IF YOU FAIL TO register on time.

Please note that accommodation can be allotted to you ONLY during working hours. If you arrive the campus at night, weekend or holiday, you must register at the reception of International Building and get a temporary room key, and must go to Students’ Affairs Office to get formal accommodation on next working day.
